It mainly includes several supporting systems:flocculant adding system, degassing tank and automatic control system. At the same time, the central discharge pipe is also lengthened to shorten the dispersion distance of solid particles and enhance the thickening effect.The thickener automatically settles by the gravity of the solid particles to obtain a clarified overflow and a concentrated underflow, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation. Suitable for coal materials, mineral mud, wastewater, waste residue, etc. Used for concentration and clarification of concentrate and tailings slurry, as well as clean coal and tailings slurry in wet beneficiation and coal preparation operations.
