It is widely used in sand making plants, quarries, concrete mixing stations and mineral processing plants, suitable for recovering fine sand from washing slurry, tailings slurry and other materials. The equipment integrates sand washing, recovery and dehydration functions, consisting of a high-efficiency cyclone, dewatering screen, slurry pump, motor and control system. When working, the slurry is pumped into the cyclone by the slurry pump, and under the action of centrifugal force, the fine sand particles are separated from the slurry and sent to the dewatering screen. The dewatering screen further dehydrates the fine sand, making the moisture content of the recovered fine sand meet the application requirements, while the waste water is discharged for recycling or standard treatment.
