As a classic and widely used powder grinding equipment, Raymond mill is specially designed to grind various non-flammable, non-explosive and brittle mineral materials with Mohs hardness ≤7 and humidity ≤6%, such as limestone, gypsum, barite, calcite and dolomite. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, medicine and other industries, providing high-quality fine powder for production. The equipment consists of a main frame, analyzer, blower, feeding device, discharging device, and electrical control system. It operates on the principle of roller grinding: the material is fed into the grinding chamber, and the grinding roller rotates under the action of centrifugal force, pressing closely against the grinding ring to grind the material into powder. The analyzer screens the powder according to the required fineness, and the qualified powder is blown by the blower to the collection device, while the unqualified powder is returned to the grinding chamber for re-grinding.
