Introduction& Application: The Gold Centrifugal Concentrator is gravity separation equipment, mainly used for primary concentration of gold and other precious metals, such as free gold in alluvial gold, grinded rock gold, gold tailings, platinum group precious metals, etc.
As a core solid-liquid separation equipment in modern industrial production, our centrifuge is designed to separate solid particles from liquid efficiently by using the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering, environmental protection, and other industries, mainly for slurry dehydration, ore concentrate dewatering, tailings treatment, and industrial wastewater purification. We mainly provide horizontal decanter centrifuges, which consist of a rotating drum, screw conveyor, drive system, feeding device, and PLC control system. When working, the slurry enters the rotating drum through the feeding pipe, and under the action of high centrifugal force, solid particles with high density settle on the inner wall of the drum, while the liquid with low density forms a clear liquid layer and is discharged through the overflow port. The screw conveyor rotates at a slightly different speed from the drum, continuously scraping the settled solids to the discharge port, completing the solid-liquid separation process.
