The equipped cone crusher is the symons cone crusher with advanced technology (spring cone crusher or multi-cyclinder hydraulic cone crusher is also optional). It is equipped with closed side adjustment device, which can quickly adjust settings for production of final product wtih size 10-45 mm. It is suitable for crushing of medium and hard materials. The grate screening bin or other fine crushing equipment can be equipped to meet the needs of different particle sizes.

Product Introduction

MW series mobile cone crusher station integrates cone crusher, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor and PLC control system on a high-strength tire chassis. It inherits the advantages of mobile equipment and cone crushing technology, realizing on-site secondary and tertiary crushing without complex foundation construction, greatly reducing material transportation and operation costs.Equipped with a high-efficiency hydraulic cone crusher as the core, it adopts laminated crushing principle to ensure uniform product particle size and cubic grain shape, with a production capacity of 80-400t/h, suitable for fine crushing of hard materials such as granite, basalt and ore. The integrated vibrating feeder and belt conveyor realize continuous feeding and conveying, forming a complete on-site fine crushing line.
