100tph river rock crushing line in Subic, Philippines

Brief Information

  • Country: Philippines
  • Capacity: 100tph
  • Material: Subic River rock/cobble

Project Detail

This 100tph mobile crushing line is a customized turnkey solution for a local Filipino construction aggregate company, focusing on on-site processing of Subic River rocks/cobbles into qualified manufactured sand and concrete aggregates for Subic Bay’s key infrastructure projects. It adopts an integrated process of “coarse crushing (mobile jaw crushing station)+medium-fine crushing & closed-circuit screening (mobile cone crushing & screening station)”, requiring zero fixed civil engineering works. The crawler-type mobile stations can be quickly transferred between multiple Subic River reaches, coastal stockpiles and construction sites, reducing transportation costs by 48% compared to traditional fixed production lines. The HPT250 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher uses laminated crushing technology to effectively improve the grain shape of river rock aggregates, while the three-layer circular vibrating screen achieves precise classification of three grades of finished products. The diesel-electric dual-power system is upgraded with a large-capacity UPS backup for short-term power failures, and the intelligent PLC control system with remote monitoring can track operational parameters in real time, with automatic iron protection and one-key cavity cleaning functions to minimize downtime. The typhoon-proof, salt-spray-resistant dust collection and noise reduction module, together with the fully sealed weather canopy and stormwater drainage system, can operate stably in high temperature, high humidity, salt-laden air and typhoon seasons all year round, fully complying with the Philippines’ Clean Air Act, Water Code and Subic Bay Freeport Zone’s strict ecological protection requirements. The production line has been put into stable operation, which not only efficiently utilizes local Subic River rock resources, but also provides high-quality aggregate support for the Philippines’ Luzon corridor infrastructure and coastal industrial development, achieving significant economic, social and environmental benefits.
