This 500tph iron ore crushing and beneficiation production line is customized for local mining enterprises in Mongolia’s Selenge Province, aiming to efficiently process local magnetite and produce high-grade, low-sulfur iron concentrate for export and local steelmaking. Adopting a "coarse crushing + medium-fine crushing + dry screening + magnetic separation + flotation desulfurization" integrated process, it solves the problems of local water scarcity and high sulfur content in iron ore, realizing efficient resource utilization. The PE-1200×1500 jaw crusher undertakes primary crushing, the HPT MC2000 hydraulic cone crusher completes medium-fine crushing with laminar crushing effect, and the vibrating screen realizes precise classification. The dry magnetic separator and high-gradient magnetic separator separate magnetic magnetite from non-magnetic gangue, while the flotation machine effectively removes sulfur to meet environmental and smelting standards. The line is equipped with an intelligent control system for real-time monitoring and remote maintenance, operating stably in Mongolia’s continental climate, with high processing efficiency, low energy consumption and compliance with local environmental and safety standards.
